Please note: State and Federal agencies have agreed that itemizing of funeral services is vital for the benefit of the public. In an effort to ensure that clients are not required to pay for services they do not need, it is crucial that each service and or item be identified. Furthermore, we present a detailed list of categorized services and goods we offer. Please understand that our main concern and objective is that your every need be met. Feel free to address any additional wishes to our staff.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide
to our customers. You may choose only
the items you desire. However, any
funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services
and overhead. If legal or other
requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we
will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the
funeral goods and services you selected.

Direct Cremation/Cremacion/ hỏa táng trực tiếp $750
Our charges for direct cremation (without ceremony) include removal of remains, transportation to crematory, refrigeration and basic services of staff (crematory fee is included). This charge includes cost of cremation container and temporary urn.
Traditional Funeral Service/Servicio Funebre/ Dịch vụ tang lễ truyền thống $2995
This charge includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of our overhead costs; removal of the remains from the home , hospital or coroner’s office within a fifty (50) mile radius; embalming/alternative care of remains; transportation to a local cemetery within a fifty (50) mile radius; and filing of all related permits for disposition of the remains. This charge includes staff for visitation; register book; memorial folders; acknowledgement cards and a service at the location of your choice. This service also includes an option of either a 20 GA metal casket or cloth covered casket at no extra cost.
Ship-Outs to Mexico/Envios a Mexico $3,000
This charge includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff; a proportionate share of our overhead costs; filing of all necessary permits; removal of the remains from the home; hospital or coroner’s office within a fifty (50) mile radius; embalming/alternative care of remains and transportation to a local airport (SJC,SFO or LAX). This service also includes minimum casket (cloth covered or 20 GA metal), shipping container, procurement of necessary documents and airfare. / Este cargo incluye los servicios básicos del director de funerales y su personal, el prorrateo de los gastos generales, la presentación de todos los permisos necesarios, la eliminación de los restos de la casa, hospital o consultorio del médico forense en un cincuenta (50) millas; embalsamamiento / cuidado alternativo de los restos y el transporte a un aeropuerto local (SJC, SFO o LAX).
